You already have the clip on a phone or laptop, you have consent to look at it, and you want numbered stills without standing up a film server.

You want us to host the team library, score the race, or meter analysis. Capture is the product. The pack is your file. Analysis is not sold on this page.
Safe Sport
We never hold the tape. That is the product.
Youth sport film — especially swim, dive, and gym — does not belong on a random server and does not belong in a consumer chat by default. Deck Stills is built so the recording stays with the person who pressed record.
- Custody. Video is read on-device. We do not operate a clip archive, a roster of minors, or a “team library.”
- Consent stays yours. Written parent/guardian consent, who may see the stills, and how long you keep them are club and family decisions. We cannot grant what we never received.
- Deck only. Do not film locker rooms, bathrooms, changing areas, or behind-the-block shots that are not the skill. The app will not make a prohibited camera legal.
- What leaves the phone is a pack you export. A PDF or sheet in Files is still an image of an athlete. Share it the way your club policy already requires — not because a cloud checkbox said yes.
- No one-on-one backchannel. We do not message athletes. There is no in-app chat with minors.
- Platforms will still scan what you upload elsewhere. If you drop a pack into a consumer AI chat, that service’s rules apply. We do not route the file for you.
This is architecture, not a waiver. Follow USA Swimming / U.S. Center for SafeSport (or your NGB) photography and electronic-communication policy. If a parent refuses film, that is the end of the conversation.

Short answers
Is this SwimMindPro?
Same Florida LLC. Different product. SwimMindPro is race-brain audio. Deck Stills is a capture tool. Canceling one does not cancel the other.
Do I have to use Grok?
No. The pack is a file. Take it to a human coach or any model that will read stills. We do not meter analysis.
Does $39 include a stroke report?
No. You are buying the shutter and the pack builder. If you want a written report, that is a separate conversation with a coach or a model you already use.
Why not just screenshot Photos?
Because then you spend Sunday naming frames, writing the prompt, and building a PDF. That job is the product.
Will a consumer AI accept stills of a minor?
Maybe not. That is their filter, not a loophole we sell. The point is we never took the video in the first place.
How do I get the app after I pay?
Receipt email with a license key and a link. There is no App Store listing and no public upload portal. Until Stripe is pasted, nothing is for sale.
